🧭 The Mission

Deliver safe, professional, and on-time Part 135 flights while upholding all company procedures and FAR requirements. You’ll set the tone for operational excellence, crew coordination, and customer care on every leg.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Conduct all flight operations to the highest safety and professionalism standards; maintain vigilance and minimize distractions in all phases of flight.
  • Ensure flight crew are adequately rested and professionally presented.
  • Perform or supervise thorough preflight inspections and verify mechanical/structural soundness.
  • Confirm required airworthiness inspections are current and the aircraft is properly equipped for flight.
  • Lead and mentor the SIC, ensuring robust planning and preparation for every mission.
  • Plan flight assignments; obtain and interpret weather briefings and NOTAMs.
  • Prepare or supervise the preparation, filing, and closing of flight plans.
  • Oversee loading of passengers, baggage, and cargo; verify proper distribution, securement, and weight-and-balance within limits.
  • Operate the aircraft at safe and favorable altitudes and profiles consistent with performance, weather, and regulations.
  • Ensure accurate flight logs and prompt reporting of any mechanical irregularities.
  • Maintain a professional, businesslike cockpit and promote a positive safety culture.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and refueling operations as operationally required.
  • Comply with all company manuals, FAA regulations, OpSpecs, and FAR 135.265 duty and rest requirements.

🌟 Minimum Qualifications

  • Licenses: CPL with multi-engine and instrument ratings or ATP (Multi-Engine Land).
  • Total Time: Minimum 1,500 hours.
  • Pilot-in-Command: Minimum 250 hours PIC.
  • Cross-Country: Minimum 500 hours.
  • Night: Minimum 100 hours.
  • Instrument: Minimum 75 hours.
  • Multi-Engine: Minimum 50 hours.
  • Medical: Valid First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Travel Document: Valid passport.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Company manuals, FARs, Operations Specifications; adherence to FAR 135.265.
