- Command amphibious operations across water and land environments with a safety-first mindset.
- Plan and execute VFR/IFR sectors, managing performance, weight and balance, and fuel planning.
- Operate to remote strips and waterways, adapting to dynamic weather and surface conditions.
- Lead by example in SMS and SOP adherence, mentoring crew and supporting a just culture.
- Deliver outstanding customer and stakeholder care during all phases of operation.
