🧭 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total time: 1500 hours
  • PIC time: 500 hours
  • In type (C208/208B): 100 hours
  • Type rating: Cessna 208/208B (current)
  • License: ATPL — open to DGCA (India) license holders
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO English: Level 4 or higher

  • PIC on 208B: 100 hours
  • Instrument PIC: 100 hours (total)

  • Plan and conduct safe, efficient IFR/VFR operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Exercise full PIC authority: performance planning, weight and balance, fuel strategy, weather/NOTAM review, and risk assessment.
  • Maintain the highest standards of airmanship, checklist discipline, and stabilized approach criteria.
  • Champion a safety-first culture: proactive reporting, adherence to SMS practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Keep meticulous records of flight time, training, and currency; ensure documents and certifications remain current.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, and dispatch to deliver reliable on-time performance.
