  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher

🧭 Your mission

Lead safe, on-time Caravan operations while upholding the highest professional standards across day/night and IFR/VFR environments.

  • Plan and execute each sector in accordance with company SOPs and DGCA regulations.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning: weather, NOTAMs, fuel, performance, weight and balance, and route alternates.
  • Fly precise instrument procedures and maintain exemplary situational awareness in varying terrain and weather.
  • Oversee aircraft care on the ramp: walk-arounds, documentation, and adherence to MEL.
  • Champion safety culture through robust SMS practices, briefings, and safety reporting.
  • Provide confident leadership, clear crew/passenger communication, and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain currency and proficiency through training, checks, and recurrent programs.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Total Time: 1,500 hours minimum
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 500 hours minimum
  • In Type (C208/208B): 100 hours minimum
  • PIC on 208B: 100 hours minimum
  • Instrument (IFR) PIC: 100 hours minimum
  • License: Valid DGCA ATPL with current C208/208B type rating
  • Medical: Current Class 1
  • English Proficiency: ICAO Level 4+
  • Work Authorization: Able to work without visa sponsorship
