✈️ About the role
As a Line Pilot on the Cessna 208 Caravan, you’ll conduct safe and efficient line operations in a professional, SOP‑driven environment. You’ll apply sound airmanship, maintain high standards of compliance, and deliver dependable service in day‑to‑day operations.
🧭 Minimum requirements
- Minimum 700 hours total flight time
- Valid CPL with IR
- Current Class 1 medical
- ICAO ELP Level 4+
- CASA licence holders eligible
- Type rating not required — full training provided
🧰 What you’ll do
- Operate the Cessna 208 Caravan in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Plan and execute flights with strong IFR proficiency, weather and performance considerations
- Conduct thorough pre‑flight, post‑flight, and turnaround checks
- Manage weight and balance, loading integrity, and accurate documentation
- Communicate clearly with operations, maintenance, and ATC to ensure on‑time performance
- Uphold safety reporting and continuous improvement practices
