✈️ About the role

As a Line Pilot on the Cessna 208 Caravan, you’ll conduct safe and efficient line operations in a professional, SOP‑driven environment. You’ll apply sound airmanship, maintain high standards of compliance, and deliver dependable service in day‑to‑day operations.

🧭 Minimum requirements

• Minimum 700 hours total flight time
• Valid CPL with IR
• Current Class 1 medical
• ICAO ELP Level 4+
• CASA licence holders eligible
• Type rating not required — full training provided

🧰 What you’ll do

• Operate the Cessna 208 Caravan in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Plan and execute flights with strong IFR proficiency, weather and performance considerations
• Conduct thorough pre‑flight, post‑flight, and turnaround checks
• Manage weight and balance, loading integrity, and accurate documentation
• Communicate clearly with operations, maintenance, and ATC to ensure on‑time performance
• Uphold safety reporting and continuous improvement practices
