Seair Pacific, a CASA-approved charter and scenic operator based at Coolangatta (Gold Coast) Airport, Queensland, is recruiting skilled Line Pilots to fly guests and clients across some of Australia’s most spectacular coastal and regional destinations.

  • Licensing: CASA CPL
  • Minimum hours: 700 total aeronautical experience

✈️ The role

As a Line Pilot, you will operate charter and scenic flights, delivering safe, professional and memorable experiences for Seair Pacific’s guests and clients while upholding the highest standards of airmanship and customer service.

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Conduct charter and scenic operations in the Cessna 208 Caravan.
  • Care for our guests and clients with professional, safety-first service.
  • Successfully complete rigorous annual flight checks conducted by the Managing Director/Chief Pilot and Seair’s training and checking captains.

🧭 What you’ll bring

  • Australian Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL).
  • Minimum 700 hours total aeronautical experience.
  • Current Multi-Engine Command Instrument Rating (MECIR).
  • Endorsement on C208 and/or BN2 (endorsement can be arranged through Seair Pacific prior to commencement if required).

🛡️ Compliance and training

  • Operate under CASA regulations and company SOPs.
  • Participate in ongoing training, checking and annual proficiency assessments with the training/checking team.
