🧭 The Role

As First Officer on the Cessna 208 Caravan, you’ll support safe, efficient operations from preflight to shutdown, working closely with your Captain and operations team. This role is ideal for disciplined aviators eager to apply strong airmanship, excellent teamwork, and a commitment to standard operating procedures.

• Execute preflight planning, performance, and weight-and-balance calculations.
• Conduct thorough aircraft inspections and checklist discipline.
• Assist with navigation, radio communications, and situational awareness.
• Adhere to company SOPs, CRM, and safety management practices.
• Deliver a professional passenger and cargo handling experience.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• License: Valid ANAC CPL with IR and ME
• Medical: Class 1
• Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Type Rating: Not required; willingness to complete company-provided C208 training
• Passport: Valid passport
• Work Authorization: Ability to work without employer-provided visa sponsorship
