Cessna 208 Caravan First Officer (Training Provided)

As First Officer, you will support the Captain in delivering safe, efficient, and punctual operations on the Cessna 208 Caravan across all phases of flight. You’ll apply disciplined SOP usage, sharp situational awareness, and clear communication to uphold the highest standards of airmanship.

• Assist with preflight planning, including weather, NOTAMs, performance, and weight & balance.
• Execute checklists and normal/abnormal procedures in strict adherence to company SOPs.
• Manage radio communications and navigation, supporting IFR operations.
• Monitor aircraft systems and performance, proactively managing threats and errors.
• Provide professional care for passengers and/or cargo while safeguarding safety and service standards.
• Participate in training, line checks, and recurrent qualifications as scheduled.
• Contribute to a strong safety culture and open reporting within the SMS.

• Professionalism, teamwork, and clear cockpit communication.
• Sound decision-making and workload management under IFR conditions.
• Curiosity and discipline to master a new type—training provided.
• Comfort with modern tools and EFB-based workflows.

• Type Rating: Not required — training provided (NTR)
• License Required: CPL with current IR and ME
• Accepted Licenses: ANAC (Brazil)
• Medical: Class 1
• Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Travel Document: Valid passport
• Work Authorization: Visa sponsorship is not provided
