🧭 Your mission
As First Officer, you will support safe, efficient Caravan operations from preflight to shutdown, maintaining procedural discipline, situational awareness, and excellent airmanship.
- Execute two-crew flight duties on the Cessna 208 Caravan under the direction of the Captain.
- Conduct detailed preflight planning, performance calculations, and thorough aircraft inspections.
- Manage and monitor aircraft systems, checklists, and communications with ATC.
- Apply CRM and SOPs to uphold safety and efficiency.
- Represent the operation with professionalism in all passenger, cargo, and stakeholder interactions.
🧰 Training & type rating
No C208 experience yet? No problem. This is an NTR opportunity — a type rating is not required; structured training will be provided for successful candidates.
- Company-provided Cessna 208 Caravan ground, simulator, and aircraft training upon selection.
- Mentored line flying to consolidate skills and standardization.
Note: Candidates must already hold the required licenses and medical listed below.
🌟 Minimum requirements
- License: CPL with IR and ME
- Accepted licenses: ANAC (Brazil)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: ICAO ELP Level 4
- Passport: Valid, with eligibility for required travel
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided — you must have the right to work and travel as required
