  • Role: Second in Command (First Officer)
  • Reports to: Pilot Manager

✈️ What you will do

Operate safely, efficiently, and courteously in day, night, and instrument conditions while supporting passengers and freight operations across scheduled and charter flights.

  • Follow company SOPs, the General Operations Manual, operations bulletins, and all applicable regulations and policies.
  • Arrive at work a minimum of one hour prior to departure for each scheduled and charter flight.
  • Ensure you are legally and adequately rested prior to flight duty.
  • Complete thorough preflight preparation; ensure aircraft and load are ready 15 minutes before scheduled departure.
  • Execute all checklists, standard radio calls, and position reports without exception.
  • Operate the aircraft to the highest safety standards in IFR and visual conditions.
  • Assist with escorting, enplaning, and deplaning passengers; deliver a welcoming and professional customer experience.
  • Assist with loading and unloading freight as required.

🧭 Minimum qualifications

  • Strong pilot qualifications and aircraft systems knowledge.
  • FAA Commercial ASEL with Instrument Rating and High-Performance endorsement.
  • FAA Commercial ASES.
  • Minimum 250 hours total flight time.
  • Current Second Class Medical Certificate.
  • Valid US Passport or Green Card.
  • FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
  • Overnight availability may be required.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, sit or stand for extended periods, and climb stairs throughout the day.
  • License required: CPL.

  • Conduct professional, timely communications with flight following and operations.
  • Maintain checklist discipline from preflight through shutdown.
  • Support safe passenger handling and freight operations at every turn.
  • Execute flights in day, night, and instrument meteorological conditions.

  • G1000 experience.
  • Turbine time.
  • Cessna 208 experience.
  • Seaplane experience.
