✈️ Your mission

As a First Officer on the Cessna 208 Caravan, you will support the Captain in delivering safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.

  • Assist with flight planning, performance calculations, and weight & balance.
  • Execute normal and abnormal procedures using company SOPs and checklists.
  • Monitor weather, NOTAMs, and ATC communications; maintain clear, concise radio work.
  • Operate under IFR/VFR as assigned, maintaining strong situational awareness and CRM.
  • Ensure regulatory and company compliance across all phases of flight.
  • Champion a safety-first mindset while delivering an excellent passenger/client experience.

🧭 What you bring

  • Valid CPL with IR and ME.
  • Unrestricted Class 1 Medical.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 (minimum).
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel as required.
  • Right to work in the operating country (visa sponsorship is not provided).
  • Strong CRM, teamwork, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
  • Motivation to learn the C208 type; no prior type rating required.
  • ANAC license holders are welcome to apply.
