Cessna 208 Caravan First Officer (Permanent, Training Provided)

🧭 About the role

As a First Officer on the C208 Caravan, you will support safe, efficient flight operations in a dynamic environment. You’ll work closely with the Captain to deliver punctual, professional service while upholding the highest standards of airmanship, Crew Resource Management, and regulatory compliance.

🧰 What you’ll do

• Execute thorough preflight planning, including weather, NOTAMs, performance, and weight & balance.
• Operate the Cessna 208 in accordance with SOPs, company policies, and applicable regulations.
• Support all phases of flight with strong situational awareness and effective CRM.
• Monitor aircraft systems and performance; communicate clearly with ATC and the flight deck.
• Complete checklists, flight logs, and documentation accurately and on time.
• Assist with efficient turnarounds and ground coordination to maintain on-time performance.
• Champion a safety-first culture, reporting hazards and contributing to continuous improvement.

• License required: CPL, IR, ME
• Accepted licenses: ANAC (Brazil)
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4
• Type rating: Not required — C208 training provided
• Additional requirements: Valid passport
• Visa sponsorship: Not provided (you must have the right to work as applicable)
