Royal Air Charters, a leading private and corporate charter operator based at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport in Lusaka, is seeking a capable and motivated First Officer to join our Cessna 208 Caravan team. ✈️ The Opportunity
As a Cessna 208 Caravan First Officer, you’ll support safe, efficient charter operations for private and corporate clients. You’ll work closely with the Captain and ground teams to deliver reliable, customer-focused flights into a variety of airfields while upholding Royal Air Charters’ commitment to safety and professionalism.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Assist the Captain with all phases of flight—from preflight planning and briefings to post-flight duties.
- Support performance calculations, weight and balance, fuel planning, and navigation.
- Execute standard operating procedures and maintain the highest safety standards.
- Deliver exceptional service to charter clients, representing the company with professionalism.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative cockpit and team environment.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total Time: 500 hours
- Total on Type (C208): 25 hours
Only candidates meeting the minimum flight time thresholds will be considered.
