🧭 What you’ll do

• Serve as Pilot-in-Command on the Cessna 208 Caravan, ensuring safe, efficient operations across day and night missions.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, weather/NOTAM reviews, and risk assessments.
• Operate to the highest standards under IFR/VFR, with particular focus on night procedures and stabilized approaches.
• Adhere to company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and Safety Management System (SMS) practices.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and operational documentation.
• Deliver excellent communication and customer service with passengers, crew, and ops teams.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• License: ANAC CPL with IR and ME
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
• Flight time: Minimum 100 night flight hours
• Passport: Valid
• Languages: English and Portuguese

📚 Training & onboarding

Successful candidates will receive company-provided Cessna 208 Caravan training, including ground school and operational line training. Ongoing proficiency checks and recurrent training support your continued growth.
