Step into the left seat of the legendary Cessna 208 Caravan in a permanent role where safety, professionalism, and hands-on flying come first. Non-type-rated pilots are welcome—comprehensive Caravan training is provided for successful candidates.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as Pilot-in-Command on the Cessna 208 Caravan, ensuring safe, efficient operations across day and night missions.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, weather/NOTAM reviews, and risk assessments.
- Operate to the highest standards under IFR/VFR, with particular focus on night procedures and stabilized approaches.
- Adhere to company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and Safety Management System (SMS) practices.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and operational documentation.
- Deliver excellent communication and customer service with passengers, crew, and ops teams.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- License: ANAC CPL with IR and ME
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- Flight time: Minimum 100 night flight hours
- Passport: Valid
- Languages: English and Portuguese

📚 Training & onboarding
Successful candidates will receive company-provided Cessna 208 Caravan training, including ground school and operational line training. Ongoing proficiency checks and recurrent training support your continued growth.
