🧭 Your Mission
- Command the C208 Caravan to deliver safe, efficient operations in varied terrain and weather across the African continent.
- Execute all phases of flight, from meticulous preflight planning to postflight reporting, with uncompromising safety standards.
- Operate confidently into remote, short, or unimproved airstrips while managing payload, performance, and fuel with precision.
- Collaborate with dispatch, ground crews, and local stakeholders to ensure on-time, mission-ready departures.
- Lead by example as PIC, mentoring crew and fostering a strong safety and compliance culture.
🧰 What You'll Bring
- Total Time: 800+ hours
- PIC Time: 500+ hours
- PIC on Type: 25+ hours on C208
- Type Rating: Required on Cessna 208 Caravan
- License: CPL (open to ICAO license holders)
- Medical: Class 1
- English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Travel: Willing and able to travel/position for 6–12 week rotations in Africa
- Demonstrated airmanship in austere/remote operations and a proactive, safety-first mindset.
