✈️ The opportunity
Royal Air Charters is hiring an experienced Cessna 208 Caravan Captain (PIC) to support its private and corporate charter operations from Kenneth Kaunda International Airport in Lusaka. You’ll lead safe, efficient single-pilot charter flights while delivering a polished client experience on every sector.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as Pilot in Command on Cessna 208 Caravan charter flights.
- Conduct comprehensive preflight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and fuel planning.
- Make sound go/no-go decisions based on weather, aircraft status, and operational considerations.
- Operate to company SOPs and all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Deliver professional, client-focused service and represent Royal Air Charters with excellence.
- Complete accurate flight documentation and coordinate closely with Operations/Dispatch.
- Uphold a strong safety culture and maintain required training and currency.

- Total Time: 1,000+ hours
- Total on Type (C208): 50+ hours
