🧭 The Mission
As Caravan Captain, you will execute efficient, compliant flights across diverse routes and conditions, with a strong emphasis on night operations. You’ll apply sound judgment, precise aircraft handling, and meticulous planning to deliver safe, on-time performance.
- Conduct single‑pilot operations under IFR and at night within company SOPs.
- Perform thorough preflight planning, weight and balance, performance, fuel, and weather analysis.
- Maintain rigorous checklist discipline and threat & error management.
- Communicate professionally with operations, ATC, and stakeholders; uphold strong CRM even in single‑pilot context.
- Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement within the SMS.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- License: Valid ANAC (Brazil) CPL with IR and ME privileges.
- Medical: Class 1.
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Type rating: Not required (C208 training provided).
- Night experience: Minimum 100 night flight hours.
- Passport: Valid, with ability to travel as required.
