As Captain on the Cessna 208 Caravan, you will command daily operations in a versatile, high-utility turboprop known for reliability and performance. You will receive dedicated aircraft training and line support to help you transition smoothly and confidently—perfect for capable captains ready to bring their experience to a new platform.

🧭 What you will do

  • Exercise full command responsibility for flight safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Plan and execute flights, including performance calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance, and route/weather assessment.
  • Operate under IFR and at night with strict adherence to SOPs and applicable regulations.
  • Conduct thorough preflight inspections and ensure airworthiness documentation is complete.
  • Manage cockpit resource management, threat and error management, and effective decision-making in dynamic environments.
  • Maintain training currency, records, and professional standards consistent with company and regulatory requirements.

🧰 What you bring

  • Licensing: ANAC-issued CPL with IR and ME.
  • Medical: Valid Class 1 medical certificate.
  • Proficiency: ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
  • Experience: Minimum 100 hours of night flight time.
  • Travel-ready: Valid passport.
  • NTR welcome: Willingness to complete company-provided C208 aircraft training.
  • Strong airmanship, disciplined IFR skills, and sound judgment under pressure.
