🧭 The Mission

As Caravan Captain, you will execute efficient, compliant flights across diverse routes and conditions, with a strong emphasis on night operations. You’ll apply sound judgment, precise aircraft handling, and meticulous planning to deliver safe, on-time performance.

  • Conduct single‑pilot operations under IFR and at night within company SOPs.
  • Perform thorough preflight planning, weight and balance, performance, fuel, and weather analysis.
  • Maintain rigorous checklist discipline and threat & error management.
  • Communicate professionally with operations, ATC, and stakeholders; uphold strong CRM even in single‑pilot context.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement within the SMS.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • License: Valid ANAC (Brazil) CPL with IR and ME privileges.
  • Medical: Class 1.
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
  • Type rating: Not required (C208 training provided).
  • Night experience: Minimum 100 night flight hours.
  • Passport: Valid, with ability to travel as required.
