🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as Pilot‑in‑Command of the Cessna 208 Caravan in both IFR and VFR environments with disciplined, safety‑first decision‑making.
  • Plan and execute cross‑country flights, balancing schedule performance with sound risk management.
  • Operate confidently in IMC, at night, and in varied weather while maintaining strong situational awareness.
  • Lead adherence to SOPs, checklists, and regulatory requirements; coordinate effectively with operations and maintenance.
  • Complete precise preflight performance, fuel, and weight‑and‑balance calculations; maintain accurate flight and maintenance records.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Total time: 1,200 hours
  • PIC time: 500 hours
  • Cross‑country: 500 hours
  • Night: 100 hours
  • Instrument: 75 hours (minimum 50 in actual flight)
  • License: FAA CPL with IR
  • Medical: Class 2 (Class 1 required for International and some Florida bases)
  • Current and proficient in IFR operations with recent experience.
  • English proficiency at ICAO Level 4 or higher.
  • Holds FAA certificates; able to work without employer visa sponsorship.
