🧭 About the role

As a Caravan Captain, you’ll command safe, efficient, and professional operations in a single‑engine turboprop environment. You’ll apply sound decision‑making, lead by example in the cockpit, and represent the operation with exceptional airmanship and customer focus.

🧰 What you’ll do

• Plan and execute IFR/VFR flights in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate strong command leadership, checklist discipline, and threat/error management.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and weather/NOTAM briefings.
• Collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to ensure safe, on‑time operations.
• Maintain meticulous flight logs, operational paperwork, and compliance records.
• Uphold the highest safety, security, and service standards on every sector.

🌟 Minimum requirements

• Experience: 1000+ hours total time.
• Licences/Ratings: Valid CPL, IR, and ME under TCCA.
• Medical: Class 1.
• Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
• Type Rating: Not required; NTR applicants welcome—training provided.

🛡️ Additional requirements

• Valid passport with the ability to travel between Canada and the USA without restriction.
• Clean Vulnerable Sector Check.
• No visa sponsorship provided—current authorization to work in Canada is required.
