✈️ The mission

Command safe, efficient Caravan operations that connect people and places. You’ll deliver dependable performance in dynamic environments, uphold rigorous standards, and represent the operation with professionalism on every sector.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Act as PIC on the Cessna 208 Caravan, executing scheduled and ad-hoc missions across diverse locations in Africa.
  • Own the full flight lifecycle: preflight planning, performance and weight & balance, risk assessment, and post-flight documentation.
  • Maintain strict compliance with SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with operations and ground teams to keep flights on time and customers informed.
  • Model calm, confident decision-making and a safety-first mindset in changing conditions.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total Time: 800 hours
  • PIC Time: 500 hours
  • PIC on Type: 25 hours (C208)
  • Type Rating: Cessna 208 Caravan – current/valid
  • License: ICAO CPL
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP Level: 4 or higher
  • Travel: Willing to travel extensively for 6–12 weeks at a time in Africa

  • Local candidates will be given preference.
  • Proactive communicator with strong situational awareness and CRM.
  • Adaptable, culturally aware, and comfortable working in remote settings.

🧭 Rotation & travel

Expect extended travel blocks of approximately 6–12 weeks throughout Africa, supporting operational needs in varied locations. Flexibility and resilience are key; you’ll have the support of an experienced operations team, and visa sponsorship is provided.
