Seven Hills Skydivers is seeking safety-minded, professional jump pilots to fly skydivers to altitude in two well-maintained Cessna 182s. This is a great opportunity to build quality flight time while flying from a private grass airstrip near Marshall, Wisconsin.

  • Location: Marshall, Wisconsin (private grass airstrip)
  • Aircraft: Two Cessna 182
  • Schedule: Weekends (approximately 9:00 a.m. to sunset) and some weekday evenings (approximately 3:00 p.m. to sunset)
  • Compensation: Small per-load compensation + valuable time-building
  • License: CPL (FAA)
  • Minimum PIC: 200 hours
  • Employment type: Part-time

✈️ What you’ll do

  • Fly skydivers to altitude for jump operations in the Cessna 182.
  • Operate from a small private grass airstrip with varying density altitude and wind conditions.
  • Support safe, efficient turnarounds in coordination with ground and jump staff.
  • Perform standard preflight, postflight, and basic aircraft care aligned with club procedures.

🧭 What you’ll bring

  • FAA Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
  • Minimum 200 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
  • Cessna 182 experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Professional airmanship, strong communication, and a safety-first mindset.

🧰 When and where you’ll fly

  • Base: Seven Hills Skydivers’ private grass strip near Marshall, WI.
  • Typical ops: Weekends from about 9:00 a.m. until sunset.
  • Additional ops: Some weekday evenings from about 3:00 p.m. until sunset.
