✈️ About the role

Join a high‑performing flight department as a Gulfstream Captain supporting dynamic, on‑demand operations. You’ll lead safe, efficient, and service‑driven missions across the U.S. and internationally. Non‑type‑rated candidates are encouraged to apply — company training provided to qualify on type.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as Pilot in Command, ensuring uncompromising safety, compliance, and decision‑making.
  • Plan and execute domestic and international flights, including performance, fuel, weather, and routing.
  • Uphold and enforce company SOPs and all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, ATC, FBOs, and ground handlers for seamless missions.
  • Lead effective crew resource management and mentor fellow crew members.
  • Deliver a refined client experience with discretion, professionalism, and service excellence.
  • Maintain aircraft readiness standards, documentation, and training currency.

🧰 What you bring

  • Experience: 7+ years of aviation‑related experience, including at least 2 years in an on‑demand flight environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Regulatory & systems: Detailed knowledge of FARs, air traffic control procedures, and aircraft systems.
  • Professional traits: Service‑oriented, detail‑driven, calm under pressure, and highly professional.
  • Proximity: Reside within two hours of the Bedford, MA hangar.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable with a variable schedule, demanding environments, and extensive travel.

🌟 Minimum requirements

  • Type Rating: Not required — company training provided (NTR).
  • License: FAA ATP.
  • Medical: First Class.
  • Residence: Within two hours of KBED (Bedford, MA).
  • Work setting: Ability to operate in a flexible, on‑demand environment with adjustable work locations.

Visa sponsorship is not provided.

🎯 Preferred qualifications

  • 2,500+ hours total flight time with appropriate jet time and corporate flight experience preferred.
  • 1,500+ hours total time with qualifying military experience will be considered.
  • Type rating preferred in Gulfstream G650, G600, G500, or G800.
  • International flight operations experience.

📍 Location & schedule

Primary base is Bedford, Massachusetts (KBED). This role supports on‑demand missions with extensive travel and an irregular schedule aligned to company needs. Candidates must live within two hours of the hangar and be comfortable operating from adjustable work locations as required.
