🧭 The mission

As Captain and Pilot in Command, you will ensure safe and compliant flight operations while delivering an outstanding passenger experience and mentoring the crew.

• Serve as Pilot in Command on assigned flights, taking full responsibility for operational decisions and safety.
• Plan and execute flights in accordance with regulations, company procedures, and aircraft performance.
• Lead preflight briefings, manage in-flight operations, and conduct thorough postflight reviews.
• Champion a just culture and continuous improvement in safety, training, and SOP adherence.
• Collaborate effectively with flight crew, dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams.

🧰 What you bring

• Valid ATPL and Class 1 medical.
• Demonstrated command capability with strong decision making and crew resource management.
• Solid knowledge of aviation regulations and a proven safety record.
• Professional level of English; Italian language skills are an advantage.
• Eligibility to work in Italy and ability to travel as required.
• Calm, collaborative leadership style with a focus on customer care.
