🧭 What you’ll do

  • Act as Pilot in Command on Part 135 on‑demand charter flights, ensuring operational control and uncompromising safety.
  • Plan and execute domestic and international missions, including performance, fuel, weight and balance, alternates, and customs coordination as applicable.
  • Lead the flight crew, model strong CRM, and deliver a polished, passenger‑focused experience.
  • Assess weather, NOTAMs, and operational risks; make clear, timely go/no‑go decisions.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, company SOP adherence, and meticulous documentation.
  • Maintain currency and training standards; support a proactive safety and reporting culture.

  • Proven leadership as Captain with excellent judgment, communication, and customer service.
  • Solid Part 135 or equivalent charter/corporate experience and strong knowledge of FAA regulations.
  • Comfort operating to dynamic schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to represent the brand with clients and partners.

🌟 Minimum flight experience

  • Total time: 3,500+ hours
  • Pilot in Command (PIC): 2,000+ hours
  • Multi‑engine: 2,500+ hours

  • Base: Remote within the United States (travel as scheduled)
