🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Command flights in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and the highest safety standards.
  • Exercise sound decision-making in all phases of flight, with a strong focus on threat and error management.
  • Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin teams, promoting open communication and a just culture.
  • Deliver a premium passenger experience through smooth, timely, and professional operations.
  • Support continuous improvement by providing constructive feedback on procedures, training, and safety initiatives.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • License: Valid ATPL — DGCA (India)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Total time: 1,500 hours
  • PIC time: 500 hours
  • Instrument time (PIC): 100 hours total instrument flying as PIC
  • Type rating: Not required (Training Provided)
  • NTR: Yes — Non-Type Rated candidates welcome
  • Work authorization: Must have the unrestricted right to work; visa sponsorship is not available

✈️ Training & Fleet Assignment

Successful candidates will receive type-specific ground school, simulator, and line training leading to release to line on an assigned fleet. Recurrent training and proficiency checks are provided to maintain standards and support career-long development.
