Airline Captain – Multi‑Engine Fleet | Air Niugini

As a Captain with Air Niugini, you will lead safe, efficient multi‑engine operations across a uniquely diverse network—ranging from remote domestic sectors to key international routes throughout the Pacific region.

• Command scheduled passenger services across domestic and international destinations.
• Uphold the highest standards of airmanship, SOPs, SMS and CRM.
• Mentor and develop First Officers while fostering a collaborative, safety‑first cockpit culture.
• Deliver exemplary customer service and represent the national flag carrier with professionalism.

• PIC time: 2000 hours
• Multi‑engine time: 1000 hours
• Night flight time: 100 hours
• ATPL: Valid ICAO ATPL
• Medical: Class 1
• English proficiency: ELP Level 5 (ICAO)
• Type rating: Not required — training provided

Applicants must meet or exceed all minimums at the time of application.
