🧭 What you’ll do

  • Command E‑Jet operations with disciplined adherence to SOPs, company policy, and regulatory standards.
  • Exercise sound judgment and decisive leadership through all phases of flight and operational disruption.
  • Champion a proactive safety culture, contributing to SMS, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and develop the flight deck team, fostering clear communication and a supportive crew environment.
  • Deliver a consistently professional passenger experience while optimising on-time performance and efficiency.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Total time: 3,500 hours minimum
  • In type (E170/E190): 1,500 hours minimum
  • PIC on type: 500 hours minimum
  • Type rating: Current/valid E‑Jet rating required
  • Currency: Last flight on E‑190/195 within the preceding 12 months
  • License required: ATPL
  • Accepted licenses: EASA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Additional: Valid passport; no accident or incident report; clean criminal record
  • Right to work: Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates must already hold the lawful right to live and work in the base country
