✈️ Role snapshot

As Captain on AIRFAST’s DHC‑6 300/400 amphibious fleet, you’ll command diverse charter assignments throughout Indonesia, upholding the highest safety standards while delivering reliable, on-time operations for our clients.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Provide safe, compliant piloting services on company turboprop aircraft for charter missions across Indonesia.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on DHC‑6 300/400 amphibious performance to support engineering troubleshooting and optimize aircraft/engine health.
  • Offer professional operational advice to clients to ensure safe, timely, and efficient amphibious support operations.
  • Champion SOPs, safety culture, and regulatory adherence in all phases of flight and operation.

🧰 What you’ll bring

Technical requirements

  • Graduate of an Aviation School.
  • Current ATPL (ICAO) and valid Class 1 Medical.
  • Valid type rating: DHC‑6 300/400.
  • Current OPC within the last 12 months.
  • Minimum total flight time: 3,000 hrs for float operations or 2,500 hrs for wheel operations.
  • Minimum 1,000 hrs on each type requiring a separate licence endorsement.
  • At least 5 years’ experience as DHC‑6 300/400 Amphibious Captain.
  • English proficiency: ICAO Level 4 (or higher); minimum TOEIC score 600.
  • Thorough knowledge of Indonesia DGCA CASR.
  • Preferably holds an instructor qualification.
  • Computer literate.

Non-technical

  • Strong relationship-building skills; effective in diverse, multicultural teams.
  • Proactive team player with clear, professional communication.
  • Normal colour vision (able to pass colour-blindness test) and company medical/health checks.
  • Willing to be based in Indonesia and travel for charter assignments as required.
