Smart Aviation is seeking accomplished Boeing 737 Classic Captains to lead safe, on-time operations while contributing to flight operations management. When off the line, you may be appointed to act as Chief Pilot—shaping standards, mentoring crews, and championing a robust safety culture.

🧭 What You’ll Do

Operate the Boeing 737 Classic as Pilot-in-Command to the highest safety and CRM standards.
Ensure operational excellence and full regulatory compliance on every sector.
Carry out flight operations management duties and act as Chief Pilot when not flying.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

Indonesian citizen.
Valid ATPL.
Current Boeing 737 Classic type rating (B737-300/400/500).
Minimum 3,000 total flight hours.
Minimum 1,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command on the Boeing 737 Classic.
No history of licence suspension or revocation.
Non-smoker with no use of nicotine products.

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

Boeing 737 Type Rating Instructor (TRI) or Type Rating Examiner (TRE).
Proven experience in flight operations management.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
