SAUDIA is inviting motivated, well‑learned, and technically proficient Saudi‑national commercial-license holders to join its Cadet Pilot pathway. Successful candidates will be trained to the highest standards and prepared to fly one of the carrier’s most modern fleets.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Join SAUDIA’s structured cadet pathway and complete rigorous ground and flight training to airline standards.
- Build proficiency across multi‑engine operations, systems knowledge, and SOPs.
- Demonstrate safety, professionalism, and technical excellence throughout assessments.
- Prepare to operate on SAUDIA’s modern fleet upon successful program completion.
🧰 Minimum eligibility
- Nationality: Saudi.
- Height: 165–193 cm.
- Flight experience: Minimum 240 total hours, including at least 25 hours on multi‑engine aircraft.
- Licensing: Valid GACA multi‑engine CPL.
- Knowledge/English: Valid GACA AIP test with a minimum score of 80%; valid ICAO ELPT at Level 4 or higher.
- Medical: Valid GACA First‑Class Medical Certificate.
- Record: Never terminated from SAUDIA, any SBU, or companies under the SAUDIA Group training program.
- Education:
- Science-track high school certificate with ≥ 80%.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or related field with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75/4 or 3.75/5 (or equivalent).
- Qualifications obtained outside the Kingdom require Ministry of Education attestation.

- Updated CV.
- Valid Saudi National ID and passport.
- High‑school certificate.
- Highest obtained education degree and transcript.
- Valid GACA multi‑engine CPL.
- Valid GACA AIP test result (minimum score 80%).
- Valid ICAO ELPT (minimum Level 4).
- Valid GACA First‑Class Medical Certificate.
🔎 Selection process
- Application screening to verify eligibility and complete documentation.
- Assessments and evaluations aligned with SAUDIA’s cadet standards.
- Final selection for program intake.
