🧭 Your mission
As a Cadet Pilot, you will support safe, efficient flight operations while advancing through structured training toward line flying on our multi‑aircraft fleet.
- Operate within a professional multi‑crew environment, adhering to SOPs and a strong safety culture.
- Prepare and conduct flights with precision: performance, fuel, weather, and navigation planning.
- Demonstrate excellent CRM, communication, and decision‑making under supervision.
- Progress through type rating, simulator phases, and line training to achieve operational readiness.
- Contribute to punctuality and passenger experience with a can‑do, team‑first attitude.
🧰 What you’ll need to bring
- Minimum 200 hours total time logged.
- EASA Frozen ATPL with current IR, ME, MCC, and UPRT.
- Certificate of completion of the Jet Orientation Course (JOC).
- Class 1 Medical.
- Minimum ICAO ELP Level 4.
- Proficiency in English and Polish.
- Eligible to hold and exercise the privileges of the required licences under EASA regulations.
- Right to work as required — visa sponsorship is not provided.
