✈️ The Opportunity

As a Cadet Pilot, you will train and qualify on the Boeing 737 MAX with the support of an experienced training team. You will develop the skills, discipline, and professionalism required to operate to regulatory and company standards while delivering an excellent experience to every customer.

🧭 Minimum Requirements

  • Total time: 225 hours (applications up to 1,000 hours considered)
  • Licences: CPL with IR and ME
  • Accepted authorities: GCAA (UAE) or ICAO licence holders
  • Type rating: Not required — training provided
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher

Note: Flight time between 225–1,000 hours will be considered.

  • Exams: GCAA Air-law exam (must be passed before joining)
  • Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Languages: Fluent in English & Arabic
  • Military service: Proof of completion before joining (preferred) or proof of exemption
