Chartair, one of Australia’s leading general aviation operators, is seeking experienced Captains for C441 Line Pilot roles based in Darwin and Alice Springs. With a fleet of 43 aircraft, including the C441 Conquest II, Chartair delivers vital scheduled and charter services to remote communities across Australia.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate the C441 on line, scheduled, and charter services supporting remote Australian communities.
- Conduct comprehensive pre-flight planning, performance calculations, and aircraft inspections.
- Manage multi-engine operations in challenging, remote environments and variable weather.
- Maintain strict compliance with IFR procedures, company SOPs, and CASA regulations.
- Champion safety, reliability, and customer service on every sector.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- Australian Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL).
- Current Instrument Rating with MEA, IAP 2D, and IAP 3D endorsements.
- Minimum 1,500 hours total time.
- At least 500 hours Multi-Engine Aeroplane or Turbine Command.
- Minimum 500 hours enroute IFR.
- 15 hours PIC/ICUS Night IFR.
- 100 hours on C441 or comparable type preferred.
- Australian citizen or full working rights in Australia.
- Able to obtain and hold an ASIC and maintain a valid Class 1 Medical.
