C295 Test Pilot — Vadodara Final Assembly Line

• Monitor and ensure the safety of Airbus flight operations at Vadodara and during detached operations from base.
• Plan, brief, execute and debrief C295 ground and flight tests, including functional checks, production acceptance and post-maintenance flights.
• Act as the local interface with the Airbus Defence and Space Chief Test Pilot and test-pilot leadership.
• Lead flight dispatch activities: prepare flight plans, review weather and NOTAMs, confirm aircraft configuration and technical status.
• Coordinate local flight scheduling and operational sequencing with the Final Assembly Line and flight-line personnel.
• Manage on-site coordination with airport authorities, the Indian Air Force and air-traffic authorities.
• Apply Airbus Defence and Space policies and procedures to local operations, including configuration control and Technical Logbook management.
• Produce clear test documentation and reports; capture findings and ensure proper traceability.
• Champion safety, risk management, compliance and continuous improvement across all flight operations.

• English-language proficiency equivalent to Level 5 (e.g., ICAO Level 5).
• EASA Test Pilot Graduate or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• C295-qualified Captain with relevant operational and test experience.
• Experience or strong capability in Technical Logbook management and configuration control.
• Proven leadership, communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel, including to Spain during the training period.
• Sound judgment with an understanding of compliance risks and a commitment to integrity.
