C295 Flight Test Pilot – Vadodara Final Assembly Line

🧭 Mission

Prepare, execute, and report flight tests while guaranteeing flight safety at the C295 FAL in Vadodara.

🧰 What you’ll do

• Monitor and ensure the safety of Airbus flight operations conducted from Vadodara or while on detachment from this base.
• Perform ground and flight tests on the C295, from pre-flight preparation through post-flight debrief and reporting.
• Act as the local link in Vadodara with the Airbus Defence and Space Chief Test Pilot.
• Manage Flight Dispatch activities, including flight plans, weather, and NOTAMs.
• Implement Airbus DS policy and procedures relevant to local operations.
• Assure flight safety and uphold robust flight operations standards.
• Coordinate local flight scheduling and test priorities.
• Coordinate with the Final Assembly Line, Flight Line, Airport Authorities, Indian Air Force (IAF), and Air Traffic Authorities.
• Oversee Technical Logbook (TLB) entries and configuration control during test activities.

🌟 What you bring

• English language proficiency equivalent to EASA Level 5.
• Graduate of an accredited Test Pilot School.
• Current or recent C295-qualified Captain.
• Hands-on experience with Technical Logbook (TLB) management and configuration control.
• Proven leadership and clear, confident communication skills.
• Availability for occasional travel, including a training period in Spain.
