Command the cockpit and champion a safety-first culture while delivering a polished, client-focused experience. You’ll exercise sound airmanship, make data-driven decisions, and collaborate seamlessly with your crew to ensure every mission is executed to the highest professional standard.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Lead all phases of flight: planning, performance calculations, briefing, execution, and post‑flight review.
  • Apply disciplined risk management and weather/route analysis to maintain safety and punctuality.
  • Ensure strict regulatory compliance and adherence to company SOPs and best practices.
  • Foster effective CRM, mentor fellow crew members, and uphold a professional cabin experience.
  • Maintain aircraft knowledge, currency, and proficiency across assigned business jet types.

🧰 What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 10 years’ experience in aviation or a related field; or
  • Master’s degree and 8 years’ experience in aviation or a related field; or
  • 14 years’ experience in aviation or a related field (in lieu of a degree).
  • Polished communication, leadership, and decision-making under pressure.
  • Track record of professionalism and a safety-focused mindset.

🌟 Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: 3000 hours
  • Turbine Time: 1500 hours
  • Type Rating: Required — previous jet type rating
  • License Required: ATP
  • Accepted Licenses: FAA
  • Medical: Class 1
