We’re hiring experienced Captains to serve as Pilot in Command across a variety of business jets based in Houston, TX, with additional openings possible in Dallas and Nevada. If you’re a seasoned business aviation professional seeking a clear path for growth—from SIC to PIC and to larger aircraft—this is an opportunity to join a dynamic, safety-first team with compensation at or above industry standards.

🧭 What You’ll Bring

• Valid ATP certificate
• Valid FAA First-Class Medical Certificate
• Appropriate PIC type rating(s) for aircraft operated
• Minimum 3,500 total flight hours
• Minimum 1,500 hours as PIC
• Minimum 500 hours MEL
• Minimum 300 hours Instrument
• Minimum 200 hours time in type

• Serve as Pilot in Command on various business jets
• Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections, briefings, and performance planning
• Lead safe, compliant flight operations in accordance with company and regulatory standards
• Uphold the highest levels of crew resource management (CRM) and professionalism
• Champion a safety-first culture and continuous operational excellence
