Business Jet Captain – Multi-Type Fleet

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Serve as Pilot in Command for assigned flights on MSG Aviation controlled fixed‑wing aircraft.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable Federal, state, local, and foreign regulations, as well as company policies and procedures outlined in the MSG Aviation FOM.
• Lead the flight crew with professionalism and a safety-first mindset, maintaining disciplined, efficient operations from preflight through postflight.
• Represent MSG Aviation with tact and decorum as the most visible department ambassador to client passengers.
• Exercise sound judgment in dynamic conditions, integrating operational, regulatory, and meteorological considerations.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Aviation, Safety, Operations Management, or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of the aircraft you command, client service expectations, CFRs, ICAO Standards, international regulatory frameworks, SOPs including CSC Transport SOPs, and meteorological science.
• An unmarred record of constructive relationships with the FAA and aviation training providers.
• Strong technical aptitude coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused operation while upholding uncompromising safety standards.

🎯 Minimum Flight Experience

• Total time: 5,000 hours
• Pilot in Command (PIC): 1,500 hours
• Turbine: 2,000 hours
• In type: 500 hours
• Operations experience: Previous experience operating under 14 CFR Part 91 is required, with a thorough understanding of 14 CFR Part 91 and ICAO Standards; Part 135 experience will be considered.

🛡️ Certifications & Compliance

• License: ATP required
• Open to License Holders: FAA certificates only
• Medical: First-Class (Class 1)
• Type Rating: Required

• Flexible availability for nights, split days off, weekends, and holidays in a 24×7 operation.
• On-demand responsiveness with the ability to be wheels-up within 3 hours of first call for unscheduled trips.
