MSG Aviation is seeking an experienced Captain to serve as Pilot in Command on our controlled fixed‑wing aircraft. You will champion safety, compliance, and exceptional client service on every mission while operating in accordance with our Flight Operations Manual.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Serve as Pilot in Command for assigned flights on MSG Aviation controlled fixed‑wing aircraft.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable Federal, state, local, and foreign regulations, as well as company policies and procedures outlined in the MSG Aviation FOM.
- Lead the flight crew with professionalism and a safety-first mindset, maintaining disciplined, efficient operations from preflight through postflight.
- Represent MSG Aviation with tact and decorum as the most visible department ambassador to client passengers.
- Exercise sound judgment in dynamic conditions, integrating operational, regulatory, and meteorological considerations.
🧰 What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Aviation, Safety, Operations Management, or equivalent.
- Deep knowledge of the aircraft you command, client service expectations, CFRs, ICAO Standards, international regulatory frameworks, SOPs including CSC Transport SOPs, and meteorological science.
- An unmarred record of constructive relationships with the FAA and aviation training providers.
- Strong technical aptitude coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused operation while upholding uncompromising safety standards.
🎯 Minimum Flight Experience
- Total time: 5,000 hours
- Pilot in Command (PIC): 1,500 hours
- Turbine: 2,000 hours
- In type: 500 hours
- Operations experience: Previous experience operating under 14 CFR Part 91 is required, with a thorough understanding of 14 CFR Part 91 and ICAO Standards; Part 135 experience will be considered.
🛡️ Certifications & Compliance
- License: ATP required
- Open to License Holders: FAA certificates only
- Medical: First-Class (Class 1)
- Type Rating: Required

- Flexible availability for nights, split days off, weekends, and holidays in a 24×7 operation.
- On-demand responsiveness with the ability to be wheels-up within 3 hours of first call for unscheduled trips.
