Join a professional, safety-focused flight department supporting responsible VIP operations. You’ll fly the capable Citation Sovereign across Japan and abroad, combine meaningful ground responsibilities with high-quality flight operations, and have the potential to develop into training and checking roles over the long term.

🧭 Role Snapshot

• Operate the C680 on domestic and international sectors as Captain or First Officer.
• Deliver a polished VIP experience with rigorous safety and operational standards.
• Undertake associated ground duties integral to business jet flight operations.
• Work primarily to a calendar-based pattern; expect irregular hours when flying.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, with avenues toward training/checking responsibilities.

🧰 What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute flights in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct performance, weather, fuel, and alternates planning for domestic and international operations.
• Coordinate with ground teams, maintenance, and handling agents to ensure punctual, seamless missions.
• Uphold VIP service standards while safeguarding safety, security, and confidentiality.
• Perform post-flight administration and operational support tasks as required.

🎓 What You’ll Bring

• Licensing: ATPL or CPL with Instrument Rating.
• Medical: Valid Class 1 aviation medical certificate.
• Total time: Minimum 3,000 hours.
• Language: Aviation English proficiency certificate (or equivalent aviation English ability).
• Radio: Aviation radio operator qualification.
• International flight experience welcomed.
• Experience as Captain under Article 72 of Japan’s Civil Aeronautics Act is an advantage.
• A commitment to long-term contribution, including potential future training/checking duties.

⏱️ Schedule & Work Pattern

• Standard office hours: 09:00–17:30 with a 1-hour break.
• Flight duties may require irregular working hours to meet operational needs.
• Generally calendar-based work pattern with approximately 250 flying hours per year.
• Joining date is negotiable.
