✈️ About the role

As Captain on our Global 7500, you will be the standard-bearer for safety, professionalism, and exceptional service. You’ll lead every flight from planning through arrival, ensure strict regulatory and company compliance, and deliver a refined experience for our clients on domestic and international missions.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as Pilot in Command, ensuring safe, efficient operation of the Global 7500 on all legs.
  • Plan and execute flights in accordance with FAA regulations, company operations manual, operations specifications, and SOPs.
  • Lead and mentor the crew, championing strong CRM and a just-culture safety mindset.
  • Oversee preflight preparation, performance calculations, fuel planning, weather/NOTAM review, and international procedures.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and FBOs to deliver punctual, seamless trips.
  • Provide a discreet, five-star cabin experience for passengers while maintaining the highest professional standards.
  • Maintain currency, training, and accurate records; support SMS and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Total Time: 3,500+ hours
  • PIC Time: 2,000+ hours
  • Turbine Time: 1,000+ hours
  • License: ATP / ATPL required
  • Type Rating: Global 7500 type preferred; minimum 200 hours in type if rated
  • Location: Reside within a two-hour drivable commute of Seattle or be willing to relocate
  • Travel: Unrestricted ability to travel internationally
  • Compliance: Adhere to all FAA regulations, company manuals, ops specs, SOPs, and policies
  • Screening: Ability to pass DOT/FAA drug screening and background checks; submit to random drug/alcohol tests as required
  • Documentation: Provide full, legible, color copies (both sides) of all FAA certificates, including Medical
  • Administrative: Completion of a disclosure form
