Only current CRJ type-rated Captains meeting the minimum hours below will be considered.

🧭 Your mission

As Captain, you will lead regional jet operations on the CRJ Series, ensuring safety, compliance, and exceptional service from briefing to shutdown.

  • Assume overall command of the aircraft, crew, and passengers while upholding the highest safety standards.
  • Deliver compliant, efficient operations across all phases of flight, from preflight planning to postflight debrief.
  • Exercise sound judgment and effective CRM to manage routine, abnormal, and emergency situations.
  • Mentor and support the flight deck team; foster a collaborative, high-performance cockpit culture.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, ATC, and cabin crew to maintain operational excellence and on-time performance.
  • Utilize aircraft navigation, communication, and FMS systems accurately and effectively.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total Time: 4,000 hours
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 1,000 hours
  • Type Rating: Current CRJ Series
  • License: ATPL (ICAO)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
