✈️ The opportunity
As Captain on the Challenger 604, you’ll lead a two‑pilot crew in commercial charter operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, passenger care, and mission success across domestic and international flights. This on‑call role supports a 24/7 operation and requires excellent judgment, professionalism, and schedule flexibility.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as Pilot in Command of the CL‑604, executing all phases of flight with an unwavering commitment to safety and SOPs.
- Plan and manage flights end‑to‑end: performance, W&B, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, alternates, risk assessment, and international requirements.
- Coordinate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and cabin stakeholders to deliver an exceptional, discreet passenger experience.
- Operate in full compliance with FAA regulations and ICAO standards for multi‑pilot international commercial air transport.
- Maintain currency, training, and aircraft/Company manuals to the highest standard.
- Thrive in a 24/7, on‑demand environment—managing changing schedules and timelines with calm, proactive communication.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total time: 3,500 hours
- PIC time: 3,000 hours
- In type: 200 hours (minimum)
- PIC in type: 100 hours (minimum)
- Multi‑engine: 3,000 hours
- Multi‑engine PIC: 2,000 hours
- Type rating: Challenger 604 required
- License required: ATP (FAA only)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO compliance: Meets ICAO Annex I – 2.1.1.0 for multi‑pilot international commercial air transport
- CANPASS: Eligible to obtain and maintain CANPASS for unrestricted commercial travel to/from Canada
- Schedule: Able to work on‑call with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays; excels under pressure and can multi‑task in a 24/7 operation

- Total turbine time: 1,750+ hours
- Previous Part 135 experience
