Boeing BBJ 737 NG Captain – Permanent (Type-Rated)

✈️ Lead the Line as a Boeing BBJ 737 NG Captain

We are seeking a professional, flexible, dynamic and motivated BBJ NG Captain for a permanent contract. As Captain, you hold authority for the safe operation of the aircraft under an AOC and act as the Company’s representative throughout duty. You are responsible for the safety of all crewmembers, passengers and cargo from the moment you arrive on board until you leave the aircraft at the end of the flight.

🧭 Your mission

  • Command BBJ 737 NG operations with unwavering focus on safety, regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
  • Own the end-to-end flight: planning, performance, fuel, weather, route selection and alternates in accordance with Company SOPs and applicable regulations.
  • Lead the flight deck and cabin teams through effective CRM, fostering clear communication and a just culture.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance and ground teams to ensure on-time, efficient turnarounds.
  • Deliver discreet, VIP-standard passenger care while protecting privacy and confidentiality.
  • Act decisively in normal and non-normal situations, applying robust threat and error management.
  • Represent the Company professionally at all times while operating under an AOC.

🌟 Minimum requirements

  • License: Valid ATPL / ATP (open to EASA and FAA holders)
  • Type rating: B737 (NG/MAX) type rating required
  • Currency: Current on type (737 NG / 737 MAX)
  • Hours in type: Minimum 500 hours
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Operational experience: Proven AOC operation
