Air Japan is recruiting skilled Boeing 787 First Officers to join its growing operation. This is a rare chance to fly the Dreamliner with the support and stability of the ANA Group. Both Type-Rated and Non-Type-Rated pilots are welcome to apply.

🧭 Minimum Requirements

  • Licences: Valid ICAO ATPL or Frozen ATPL/CPL (terms apply)
  • Medical: Valid ICAO Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • Experience: 3,000+ hours total time, including 500+ hours on a commercial jet
  • Command time (any one of):
    • 250+ hours PIC, OR
    • 500+ hours PUS, OR
    • 180+ hours PIC/PUS plus 70+ hours PIC
  • Cross-country: 200+ hours (of which 100+ hours PIC/PUS)
  • Instrument: 75+ hours
  • Night: 100+ hours
  • English: ELP Level 4+

  • Type-Rated: Valid B787 Type Rating with a Command Instrument Rating
  • Non-Type-Rated: Valid ICAO Jet Aircraft Type Rating with a Command Instrument Rating
