✈️ Role at a glance

As a B787 Captain, you will lead safe, compliant commercial jet transport operations for Air Japan. This is a commuting role based in Japan, offering consistent home leave and long‑term career stability.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • 6,000 hours Total Flight Time.
  • 4,500 Commercial Jet PIC hours (on commercial jet transport aircraft).
  • Multi‑Engine Jet experience on aircraft with MTOW > 65,000 kg.
  • One of the following: 250 PIC hours OR 500 hours PUS OR 180 PIC/PUS + 70 PIC.
  • Valid ICAO ATPL (including current radio license) with a Commercial Jet Command Type Rating.
  • ICAO English Level 5 or above.
  • Operated a commercial jet within the last 12 months.
  • Able to commence training within 6 months of application.
  • Under 55 years of age and able to complete the 60‑month assignment period.
  • Clean record: no history of flight accidents or criminal record.

🧭 Location & roster

Base: Japan. This is a commuting contract with guaranteed home leave built into the roster.

Roster detail: 10 days off at your home domicile every month (minimum 8 consecutive days).
