🧭 The role

As a B777 First Officer, you will operate as part of a highly coordinated two‑pilot crew, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant flights from pre‑departure to shutdown. You’ll demonstrate strong situational awareness, disciplined SOP adherence, and excellent CRM while managing complex IFR operations.

  • Execute flight duties in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct thorough pre‑flight preparation, performance calculations, and FMS setup
  • Monitor systems, fuel, and weather; support robust threat and error management
  • Communicate clearly with ATC, cabin crew, and ground teams to maintain operational flow
  • Contribute to a safety‑first culture and continuous improvement mindset

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • 1,000+ hours turbine time
  • Valid EASA CPL with IR and ME
  • Valid Class 1 Medical
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher
  • NTR acceptable — B777 type rating provided
  • Legal right to live and work in the operating region (no visa sponsorship)

🌟 Preferred profile

  • Recent Boeing experience; B777 time is a plus
  • Strong CRM, decision‑making, and TEM practices
  • Consistent IFR currency and a methodical approach to SOPs

🎓 Training and onboarding

Comprehensive B777 type rating and line training are provided, with a clear pathway from ground school through simulator phases to release to line. You’ll be supported by experienced trainers focused on safety, standardization, and operational excellence.
