🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total jet time: 3,500+ hours
- PIC time: 2,500+ hours on jet aircraft
- PIC in type: 500+ hours on B777 or B787
- License: ATPL
- Open to license holders: FAA, ICAO, JAA
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Type-rated: Yes — current on B777 preferred
Note: Command time on the B787 meeting the above threshold will be considered for transition to the B777.
✈️ What you’ll do
- Command long‑haul and ultra‑long‑haul sectors with uncompromising safety and compliance.
- Lead, brief, and mentor a high‑performing flight deck and cabin crew.
- Execute SOPs, sound decision‑making, and fuel‑efficient techniques across international airspace.
- Coordinate with dispatch, engineering, and ground operations to ensure on‑time performance.
- Champion a Just Culture and continuous improvement in training and standards.
🧭 Compliance & credentials
- Documents: Valid passport(s) suitable for global travel.
- Recency: Meets currency and recency per authority and company policy.
- Training: Willing to complete differences, recurrent, and simulator checks as required.
