- Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin teams, fostering strong CRM and a just‑culture mindset.
- Manage weather, alternate, and diversion strategies; make timely, sound operational decisions.
- Oversee flight preparation and dispatch coordination, including performance, navigation, and FMS management.
- Represent the airline professionally with regulators, ATC, and stakeholders worldwide.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- License: Valid ATPL; open to ICAO license holders.
- Medical: Current Class 1.
- Type rating: Current Boeing 777 type rating (type‑rated required).
- PIC time: Minimum 3,000 hours PIC.
- English: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Records: No accident or incident history; no criminal record.
- IT skills: Basic IT literacy for electronic flight bags, reporting, and training systems.
