As Captain on the Boeing 777, you will command international flights while exemplifying safety, leadership, and operational excellence.

• Exercise full command authority, ensuring the highest safety and compliance standards across all phases of flight.
• Plan, brief, and execute flights using company SOPs, optimizing fuel, payload, and schedule performance.
• Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin teams, fostering strong CRM and a just‑culture mindset.
• Manage weather, alternate, and diversion strategies; make timely, sound operational decisions.
• Oversee flight preparation and dispatch coordination, including performance, navigation, and FMS management.
• Represent the airline professionally with regulators, ATC, and stakeholders worldwide.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• License: Valid ATPL; open to ICAO license holders.
• Medical: Current Class 1.
• Type rating: Current Boeing 777 type rating (type‑rated required).
• PIC time: Minimum 3,000 hours PIC.
• English: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
• Records: No accident or incident history; no criminal record.
• IT skills: Basic IT literacy for electronic flight bags, reporting, and training systems.
