Root Aviation Ltd is recruiting experienced Boeing Captains for our client, Central Airlines, to operate the Boeing 777 as Pilot in Command out of Shenzhen, China. This long-term contract offers competitive net pay, quality accommodation, and flexible roster choices.

🧰 Requirements & Eligibility

Valid ICAO ATPL and First Class Medical
Minimum 5,000 hours total time
Minimum 1,100 PIC hours on Boeing aircraft
Current rating on B737, B747, B757, or B767
Recent PIC flight experience on type is required
No accident/incident record
Eligibility subject to CAAC nationality and ATPL recognition restrictions
Age limits per CAAC: B737 candidates below 50; wide-body candidates (e.g., B777) below 55 at application

🧭 Roster Options

Option 1: 35 days off per year and 6 consecutive days off per month
Option 2: 10 consecutive days off per month; back-to-back available

📨 Hiring Process

Recruitment period: six months from the date of your SIM check
Interviews conducted in Dubai and Amsterdam
