🧭 Role overview

As a Boeing 777 Captain, you will serve as the final authority for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of each flight. You’ll set the tone for operational excellence, mentor First Officers, and model exceptional airmanship and customer care from pushback to parking.

🧰 Key responsibilities

  • Act as PIC on Boeing 777 flights, ensuring full compliance with FAA regulations, company SOPs, and applicable international rules.
  • Lead a multi-crew environment using strong CRM, communication, and decision-making under all operating conditions.
  • Oversee flight planning, performance, fuel strategy, weight and balance, and weather/NOTAM analysis to optimize safety and efficiency.
  • Manage abnormal and emergency procedures with calm, decisive leadership.
  • Champion a safety-first culture through proactive risk management and just-culture reporting.
  • Deliver an outstanding passenger experience through professional conduct and service-minded operations.
  • Coach and mentor First Officers, supporting continuous improvement and readiness for advancement.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Valid ATP issued by the FAA with Airplane Multi-Engine Land rating.
  • Current or recent Boeing 777 type rating; currency on type strongly preferred.
  • Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Extensive multi-crew, turbine jet experience with substantial PIC time; strong record of operational reliability and professionalism.
  • Excellent CRM, threat and error management, and leadership skills.
  • Valid passport and ability to obtain/maintain required international visas and clearances.
  • Eligible to work and operate within the United States and to travel internationally as required.
