As Captain on the Boeing 777, you will command long‑haul operations, safeguard the highest standards of safety and compliance, lead a high‑performing crew, and deliver an exceptional passenger experience while maintaining operational efficiency across all phases of flight.
🧭 Minimum requirements
- Total jet time: 3,500+ hours on turbine jet aircraft
- Pilot‑in‑command (PIC): 2,500+ hours PIC on jet aircraft
- PIC on type: 500+ hours as Captain on Boeing 777 (B787 command time also considered per notes)
- Type rating: Current Boeing 777 type rating required
- License: Valid ATPL
- Medical: Valid Class 1 medical
- Language proficiency: ELP Level 4+
- Acceptable authorities: FAA, ICAO, JAA
Flight time notes: Minimum 2,500 hours PIC on jet aircraft and command time in excess of 500 hours on 777/787.
