As a Boeing 767 First Officer, you will support the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of long- and medium-haul services across our network. You will work within a highly professional flight crew, contribute to a just culture, and embrace continuous learning and development.

• Operate the B767 in strict adherence to SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Execute preflight planning, performance calculations, fuel and route optimization, and thorough briefings.
• Demonstrate exemplary CRM, threat and error management, and decision-making.
• Maintain high standards in communication, situational awareness, and workload management.
• Uphold Air Astana’s safety culture and customer-focused service ethos on every sector.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• Total time: 1,500 hours
• In type (B767): 500 hours
• Type rating: Required (B767)
• License: ATPL (open to ICAO license holders)
• Medical: Class 1
• English: ELP Level 4 or higher
• Recency: Flown B767 within the last 12 months with current LPC. Applicants who have flown the type within the last 36 months may be considered based on overall experience.
• Passport: Valid, unrestricted

• A non-criminal record from the place of previous residency
• Recommendation letters from the last two employers
• Training records from previous employer (LPC, OPC)
• Vaccination passport
