Compass Cargo Airlines is a growing Bulgarian cargo operator flying a versatile freighter fleet. Our Boeing 737-800SF network complements the long-haul reach of our Boeing 747-400F and 747-400ERF operations, serving an expanding international customer base. As a Boeing 747-400 First Officer, you will operate in a safety-first, cargo-focused environment where night flying, tight ground turnarounds, and dangerous goods handling are part of everyday work. 🧰 What you will do

• Operate the Boeing 747-400F/ERF safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with company SOPs and EASA regulations.
• Execute cargo-oriented missions, including night operations, short ground turnarounds, and flights involving dangerous goods.
• Maintain exemplary cockpit discipline, checklist usage, and threat-and-error management.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate closely with flight crews, OCC, engineering, and ground handling to deliver on-time performance.
• Demonstrate a calm, solution-oriented approach to dynamic cargo operations—setting the standard for the wider operation.

🧾 Minimum requirements

• Licences: Valid EASA ATPL(A) or MPL(A) (not subject to operator bonding).
• Type rating: Current Boeing 747-400 type rating (type-rated required).
• Experience: Minimum 1000 hours in-type (B747).
• Medical: EASA Class 1.
• Language: ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
• Right to work: Visa sponsorship is not provided.
